Due to the open struture of the burger, cooking time is shorter
Ingredients
- Ground lean beef
How it's made?
- Form a burger
- Cut the burger halfway with a knife
- Wiggle the knife when it's halfway the burger to the left and the right to make the open structure
- Repeat this approximately 5 times for one side and 5 times for the other side in a way a rhomb pattern appears
Cooking
- Prepare the burger waffle in the grill, frying pan or BBQ
