Small meat preparation with filling wrapped with tender lean beef. Butter on top will melt slowly in the oven and cook the meat
Ingredients
- Filling
- Slices lean tender beef
- Butter
How it's made?
- Wrap the filling in the slices of beef
- Form the meat in desired pastry shape
- Put a piece of butter on top
Cooking
- Prepare small oven roast in the oven
