Picanha, originally made of beef. Brazil's favourite meat on the barbecue.

Strips sliced from the belly picanha style on a skewer.

How it's made?
- Slice strips from the belly of approximately 10 cm
- Put the strips picanha style on the skewer (horseshoe shape)
- spice the "picanha suina" with a blend of salt and kerry
Cooking
- Prepare the "picanha suino" on the barbecue for 10 minutes
