Concept core 
Roll of spiced meat, wrapped like a "krakeling" and covered with crunchy crumbs

Ingredients

  How it's made?

  • Add the spices to the ground meat
  • Mix it until a firm mass
  • Make portions of approximately 50 g
  • Make rolls of the meat portions
  • Wrap the roll like a "krakeling"
  • Cover the krakeling with crunchy crumbs

Cooking

  • Prepare the "krakelingen" in the oven for 15 minutes on 150 °C
