Concept core
Roll of spiced meat, wrapped like a "krakeling" and covered with crunchy crumbs
Ingredients
- Ground meat
- Spices/ marinade
- salt
- pepper
- Allspice
- worcestershire sauce
- Breadcrumbs/ crushed corn flakes
How it's made?
- Add the spices to the ground meat
- Mix it until a firm mass
- Make portions of approximately 50 g
- Make rolls of the meat portions
- Wrap the roll like a "krakeling"
- Cover the krakeling with crunchy crumbs
Cooking
- Prepare the "krakelingen" in the oven for 15 minutes on 150 °C
