Ingredients
- Pork fillet
- Marinade
- String
How it's made?
- Option 1
- Cut strips of the pork back fillet
- Connect the ends with a string
- Cover the top with a marinade
- Option 2
- Take slices of the pork back fillet
- Make a hole in the middle (e.g. apple corer)
- Cover the top with a marinade
Cooking
- Prepare the meat donut in the oven, frying pan or on the BBQ
