Jamie Oliver was an ambassador for Sainsbury’s for 11 years. Alpha Ontrac worked with their client, Anglo Beef Processors, to present meat product and packaging concepts to Sainsbury’s using the Jamie brand. Alpha Ontrac also designed presentations for buyers in all of the main supermarkets whilst working for their client and, now that the Jamie Oliver brand is more widely available, Alpha Ontrac has moved on to create independent brands for meat products as well as own label products to attract consumers at the point of sale. Food packaging is evolving to meet environmental needs and our work must reflect the need to reduce waste whilst still communicating brand values and consumer information on-pack.
