All three products are pasteurised in the new Metten aroma beaker of plastic with the patented PermaSafe technology and can be kept for up to 6 months uncooled. The beakers are attractively designed with a large inspection window. This enables the customer at the shelves to see what he or she is buying. The innovative EasyPeel foil makes it easy to open the beaker. In addition, the snap closure known from the traditional “Thick Sauerlaender Bockwurst“ allows the pack to be closed again in case not all the sausages are to be consumed rightaway.
