Concept core
Rolled meat containing strip of surface marinated meat. After cutting it into slices blank meat surfaces will appear alternated with red marinade stripes
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet
- String
- Contrasting marinade
How it's made?
- Slice a whole chicken fillet into strips or use chicken inner fillet
- mix the meat with the marinade
- Make bundles of meat and tie them up
- Cut the meat into slices
Cooking
- Prepare the meat mushrooms in the oven or frying pan
